Family Has A New Meaning![/size]

The story before the story, let's start from the very beginning. Our plot takes place in the 17th Century in Virginia. Society was very much brutal and followed a very strict structure. One of these structures involved being the same. difference was looked upon with an evil eye. This forced alot of the population to either become very rich or very poor. Our story focuses on the poor. A young group of teenagers decided to make there own group called a Coven and began to realize each of them had similar plans for the future. However most important they were all witches or Warlocks. This group of people became very close both in friendship and trust, and soon lived there life knowing they didn't have to hide who they were.
The leader of this Coven was named Charlotte, Charlotte Warren. Charlotte married a mortal man and gave birth to a beautiful baby girl whom she named Prudence Warren. This baby was so special because she was the first baby born in the coven and that was one of them. Melinda grew up in a loving and comfortable environment, despite the new laws coming into play about witchcraft. The group lived in harmony for years until one day a government official was walking by there house and noticed a flash of light in there window, which lead to an inquisition. Running into hiding as a young girl Prudence had to live with the fact that her gift was once again not accepted, and so to protect Prudence, her mother Charlotte was burned at a stake.
Not much longer in the early 1740's - 1800 another group of witches were found again in Virginia, although these were children of the remaining witches who narrowly escaped being burned at the stake. These children were both witch and mortal having had one parent of each, and were named; Brianna Warren, Astrid Warren, Laura Warren, and finally Grace Warren, each of whom were sisters and prided who they were. Learning from the past they each hid there powers very effectively while continuing the line of witches. They each married, but eventually after being hunted by other magical beings and sicknesses with no cures had died out.
Nearly a century later in the mid 1900's yet another group of witches were brought to life. This time not daughters, not sisters, but a group of cousins. These cousins were directly related to the Warren sisters and were influenced by them to either follow in the steps of good or evil. This is where the Family line started to change directions for the very first time. One sister possesed the power to weild fire, the other ice, and the last had visions of the past and future. These witches were the first who had active vivid powers that none before possesed. However like the witches before them, magic was there end.
Now in the early 20th century a woman named Penelope Halliwell was the last of there line. Finding it more and more important to protect her abilities she used them only when needed IF she really needed to. She created the newest generation of witches, carrying on the line in the only way she knew how, having children. She gave birth to a daughter named Patricia Halliwell whom would bring forth the strongest witches of there time..
The problem being now in the 21st Century these four witches the Halliwells, Prudence, Piper, Phoebe, and Paige are not alone and the prophecy that they were the last of there line is flawed.. Another group of Warrens descending from the beginning of the very line they learned about as kids, are now taking over the spot that only 1 generation can rule. There family name is Williamson, and they are children of Alexander Russell and Maria Williamson. One family line, two sides, and conflicting beliefs, who's side will you take?.
