Ok, so from what I can see we've got 2 options, I'm gonna call them option A and option B I'll outline both of those options here, and then I'm going to add a poll to this thread, where everyone can vote. Whichever one gets the most votes is the one we'll be using
Some things are the same for both options :
[/li][li] Each team posts alternatively, so for example if its a Gryffindor vs Slytherin match then a Gryffindor character posts, then a Slytherin, then a Gryffindor.
[/li][li] Posts are kept short. For example:
[/li][li] Madam Hooch or Luna (the commentator) will keep score as the match goes on.
[/li][li] At some point during the match, Madam Hooch will announce that the snitch has been sighted. At this point the seekers from both teams PM the Madam Hooch account saying either 'rock', 'paper' or 'scissors'. Whoever wins catches the snitch.
For option A :
[/li][li] We will add a dice app to the Quidditch threads, which allows a member to roll a dice, and the outcome is posted in their post. A player rolls the dice each time they make a move (hit a bludger at someone, tackle a chaser, try to knock someone off their broom, etc). Even numbers mean the move went your way, odd numbers mean it didn't
[/li][li] Every time a shot is taken the Keeper rolls the dice. The same rules as above apply; an even number means the shot was saved, and an odd number means it was missed.
For option B :
[/li][li] There will be no dice, and it is up to members how each move goes. God-modding is allowed, for example, you can say that you knocked another player off their broom, and it is up to the keeper whether a shot is saved or missed
[/li][li] God-modding will be regulated by keeping posts short (only so much you can do before its another players turn to post, and they can take it in a totally different direction) and by penalties; if everything always goes right for your player (always makes the save, always makes the tackle) then the other team gets a penalty shot, which will be scored.
In either option, the outcome of the match really depends on who catches the snitch (as it usually does in the books) which is random and unbiased.
So, vote on which option you'd like best!

Ginny flew down the centre of the pitch, holding the Quaffle. She ducked to avoid the bludger Jameson had shot at her head, then straightened out again, her eyes focused on the goal posts. Making a split second decision, she went for the left hoop, and took the shot.
