the lovely lady you see above you is none other then angelina johnson, a former chaser for puddlemere united who returned to fight in the battle of hogwarts and was injured. she attended hogwarts and was part of gryffindor house for seven years, dating fred weasley quietly for about two of those seven years. after his death, she wasn't the same anymore though. her injury prevented her from flying again, but she signed on to be the manager and trainer for the holyhead harpies team, which she does under another name so that people cannot find her. she's basically cut herself off from the wizarding world, not even touching her wand or mentioning hogwarts when she talks to people. she's lonely, scarred and scared, an empty shell from what she once was, so she needs to be reunited with some old friends and perhaps make some new ones. i'd like for her to end up with george, but we'll see how it goes.

Katie and Angelina met at Quidditch tryouts in their second year, and after that the two, along with Alicia Spinnet, became practically inseparable. The entire Quidditch team was inseparable most of the time. Merlin knew Oliver and Angelina both held enough practices in their days as Captain. They're best friends, and spent endless amounts of time together. When Angelina and Fred started dating they didn't seem to hang out quite as much, but it didn't bother Katie. Angelina was still her best friend, and nothing would change that. And then the battle happened, and Fred passed away. It was a terrible loss for them all, but Katie's heart broke for George and Angelina. To lose someone so close, so special, Katie couldn't even imagine what that felt like. She's attempted to get in contact with Angelina for months, but... she just... disappeared. Katie misses her and wants to know that she's okay. She wants her friends back. It's a little selfish of her, she knows, but she can't help it.

I'm definitely okay with all of these details, except for the little fact that Katie is a year younger than Angelina, so Ang was probably on the team just before Katie. Otherwise I agree that they were super close and that they probably were good friends with Oliver and the twins all the way through school. At this point, Ang doesn't want anything to do with magic because she's angry with it not being able to save Fred, and she's therefore avoided everyone and everything. It would be really cool for them to meet up again, for whatever reason we choose. Either her joining the Harpies or perhaps Ang goes to visit Fred's grave?

Ah! minor flaw on my part! I'd gotten confused, but I believe ive fixed Katies age everywhere else. Lol I planned on having her join the harpies, but I'm down for whichever idea you're more comfortable with. I feel like on the harpies there's less of a chance of Ang completely running away, hahaha. But yeah, whichevers better for you

ANGELINA && GEORGE
George and Angelina have been friends practically since they both began at Hogwarts. They were on the Quidditch team together as well and, along with the other members of the team, they quickly became like family. They had a lot of fun together in those days, being as carefree and happy as children should be. They shared friendship, loyalty and love. They also fought together during the last battle at Hogwarts, the result of which began a rocky lifestyle for all involved. George lost his brother and his best friend that night - truly his other half - yet Angelina lost a lover, a shock that he knows can't compare to his own heartache, but is just as great. They haven't had any contact since everyone gathered for Fred's funeral. Both of them have rightly locked themselves away, choosing to be left to their own devices, trying to rediscover themselves along the way.

George has thrown himself into his work, turning to alcohol for the comfort that he should allow himself to receive from those who want to help him - his family, his girlfriend Adrienne, and his friends. It's too difficult for him to face them, though, drawing back into seclusion rather than discuss the events that happened. While he knows it would only help him to heal faster, he can't bring himself face it just yet. He doesn't owl anyone, ignoring those letters he receives from one of his best friends, even - Katie Bell; nor does he hardly speak to anyone. Only when necessary does he open his mouth, and even then his words are few, as dejected and hopeless as his spirit has become. He wants to get better, of course, but is struggling more than anyone could imagine. He understands that, but still wishes he could see his old friend, if only so they could share in their sorrow together. However, he's afraid to take that first step, just as Angelina is. He doesn't want to bring about any sore memories for her, as it would be hard, him looking exactly like his brother and all. He does miss her something mighty, though. I'm not quite sure where these two will end up with one another, but their friendship will definitely improve for the better at least, once they finally manage to reconnect.

I think it would be awesome to start them off with the whole joining of the Harpies thing. Ang would be backed into a corner with nowhere to go and she'd have to tell Katie about what has happened to her at some point, and I think that while she'd be shocked to see her after trying to lock out her past, part of her will be really glad to see her again and let out some of the hurt. And maybe Katie could help her in making the first steps toward talking to George.

ANGELINA && GEORGE
That all sounds great to me. I think she certainly feels a connection to him through Fred, especially with the friendship they had when they were younger. At this point in time, she's hiding away from the world the way that George is, but she hasn't turned to anything dangerous or self destructive like alcohol. I'm thinking Katie might be the one to give her a little push toward seeing how George is and meeting up again. Ang might in turn prove to be a help in him dropping the alcohol, because they do have some kind of bond that he probably doesn't have with Adrienne.
